Job summary

Ashley Furniture, part of Regency Management Services, is hiring a Furniture Sales Professional. You’ll help customers select furniture, mattresses, and home decor while building relationships and driving sales.

Paid training, ongoing coaching, and tools are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. We offer a generous compensation package with an average first-year earnings around $60,000 plus unlimited commissions and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people.
• Passion for customer service.
• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, real estate, automotive, wireless, or other sales experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships by listening to customers and understanding their needs.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, décor, and home furnishings based on lifestyle and budget.
• Guide customers through the complete sales process from greeting to purchase.
• Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and financing options.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom.
• Accurately process sales transactions and complete required paperwork.
