Job summary

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support our operations with phone handling, order coordination, and documentation. The role includes assisting with work orders, client data entry, and inventory duties to ensure smooth service delivery.

Based in Alabama, this full-time position operates Monday–Friday with day shifts. NSM emphasizes a client-focused, compassionate approach and offers a collaborative team environment with opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
• Proficiency with data entry and basic computer tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage inquiries in a helpful, professional manner.
• Coordinate order management with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers.
• Assist in completing work orders, verify client info and eligibility for funding.
• Perform data entry, clerical tasks, assist with inventory and receive deliveries.
