Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning® in Lombard, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for homeowners and business owners. You will handle service requests, scheduling, and job bookings within the Service Titan CRM environment.

You will join a small team building the Lombard franchise location, with energy, ideas, and independent work ethic to help stay organized while growing the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in home services or similar field.
• Experience with Service Titan CRM or similar CRM software is required.
• Administrative experience in HVAC is preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft O365.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Team player who can work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments and assign daily work to team members.
• Perform marketing and sales functions to upsell and grow business.
• Complete work orders and respond to customer requests for information.
• Maintain office operations and review purchase orders.
• Additional duties may include cross-training in related positions.

Compensation

The hourly pay rate for this position is $22.00 to $28.00 and depends on your experience.

As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you are a key member of the Aire Serv of Lombard team and represent Aire Serv as the first point of contact with homeowners and business owners. You are responsible for handling service requests, follow-ups and job booking all within the Service Titan CRM software environment.

This role is in-person on location in Lombard, IL. We're a small team building our franchise location from the ground up and are looking for someone with energy, ideas and independent work ethic to help keep us organized while we grow.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Scheduling appointments
• Assigning daily work/calls to other team members
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
• Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer requests for information
• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures and preparing and reviewing purchase orders.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in home services required; HVAC a plus
• Service Titan CRM or similar home services CRM software experience required
• Administrative experience in HVAC preferred
• Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft O365
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Team player who can work independentlywhen needed
