Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr - $25/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Troubleshoot basic product and service issues and *escalate* complex cases when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while maintaining a personable approach.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and data security.

- Ability to type and navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Coursework or training in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
