Lancaster Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Weekend Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This is a part-time, weekend-only role from 7am to 3pm, offering competitive hourly wages and opportunities for growth within our facility.

You will greet visitors, answer phones, direct inquiries, assist residents and families, and perform general clerical duties. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required; CSR experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of CSR experience preferred.

• Completes any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Lancaster Nursing and Rehab is a 446-bed long term care facility with a beautiful campus in Lancaster, PA. We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team every weekend 7am to 3pm. This is a Part Time position.

Position Summary: To provide a safe and secure environment for all residents, employees, and other persons utilizing the facilities and grounds. Interacts, directs, provides information for residents, families, and the general public. Performs general clerical duties and routine typing duties.

• Greets visitors, provides assistance, information and direction

• Answers telephone provides information, transfers calls to proper departments or individuals

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
