Job summary

Lancaster Nursing and Rehab in Lancaster, PA is seeking a weekend Customer Service Representative to join our team, working Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 3pm in a part-time role. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and provide information while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include directing residents and families, transferring calls, assisting during emergencies, and performing general clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of CSR experience preferred.

Lancaster Nursing and Rehab is a 446-bed long term care facility with a beautiful campus in Lancaster, PA. We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team every weekend 7am to 3pm. This is a Part Time position.

Position Summary: To provide a safe and secure environment for all residents, employees, and other persons utilizing the facilities and grounds. Interacts, directs, provides information for residents, families, and the general public. Performs general clerical duties and routine typing duties.

• Greets visitors, provides assistance, information and direction

• Answers telephone provides information, transfers calls to proper departments or individuals

• Contacts designated individuals during emergency situation as directed by Administration or nursing supervisor

• Uses intercom to page individuals, make announcements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
