Job summary

Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to support the weekend shift from 7am–7pm in a long-term care and rehabilitative setting. The role includes overseeing direct care staff, assisting the DON and Unit Managers with staffing, and providing direct patient care when needed, all while upholding person-centered care. PA RN license and 1 year supervisory/LTC experience preferred; strong communication required.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; patient-centered care approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and serve as a resource to direct care staff.
• Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned.
• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned.

• How to be a successful candidate:

  • Have at least1 year of experienceworking in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
