Customer Service Representative | Crash Champions Careers
Job Information

Location: Irving, Texas

Crash Champions is one of the fastest-growing brands in the collision repair industry, operating over 650 locations across 38 states. Founded in 1999 in Chicago, our mission is to deliver superior collision repair service with a People First approach. We are also proud to operate the Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified brand, specializing in highline and luxury EV repairs.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers and prospects promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean workspace, as this is the first point of contact for customers.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
  • Handle receivables, payables, data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets, and reconcile month-end statements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
