Job description

Position Purpose:

The Customer Experience Agents are an integral part of the Contact Center team within the Communication & Related Services business unit. This position serves as the primary interface with customers daily through various communication methods, handling routine customer interactions.

Key Job Activities:
  1. This position manages routine customer care interactions and telephone answering service calls, demonstrating good telephone etiquette, listening skills, and empathy. Communication channels may include telephone, email, chat, video, or other methods.
  2. May handle multiple client interactions, be cross-trained on different clients, or be assigned to a dedicated client.
  3. Contact Center accounts involve data collection, order processing, appointment setting, information relaying, and electronically connecting clients and their callers.
  4. Work from Home Agents must adhere to the Work from Home Policy.
  5. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  6. Hiring bilingual representatives fluent in English and Spanish.
