Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Location: The Customer Service Representative reports in our Irving, Texas office. You may be eligible for the WFH Hybrid schedule after the 90-day new hire probationary period, depending on performance.
Pay: $17.00/hour
The Customer Service Representative requires an individual who can handle inbound and outbound business calls, along with related mortgage insurance documentation and processing.
