Job summary

Synergy Orthopedics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls at our Plymouth Meeting location, routing inquiries to the appropriate department and providing compassionate, accurate information to patients.

You will resolve product or service issues, maintain HIPAA and other regulatory awareness, and perform essential administrative tasks to support clinical and business operations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other compliance programs.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Objective:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving incoming calls for the organization and distributing them to the appropriate department. The Patient Service Representative will also be responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the issue, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting a solution.
