Job summary

State Farm Insurance Companies seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Team Member to serve as a Client Account Representative for the State Farm Agent. You will be the primary touchpoint for customers, answering questions, servicing existing policies, processing account changes, and identifying opportunities to recommend State Farm products and services.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and work ethic.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• License for Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance is preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and account servicing.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.
• Educate customers about State Farm Insurance and financial service products.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.
• Process customer requests accurately and maintain detailed account records.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals.
• Maintain compliance with State Farm guidelines and insurance regulations.
