State Farm in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a bilingual Client Account Representative. You will be the primary contact for customers, answering questions, servicing policies, processing account changes, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell State Farm products and services.

• Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.
• Educate customers about State Farm insurance and financial service products.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.
• Process customer requests accurately and maintain detailed account records.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals.
• Maintain compliance with State Farm guidelines and insurance regulations.

As a Client Account Representative of State Farm with Christian Durand - State Farm Agent, you will be the point of contact for many of our customers, providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships. You will assist clients with their insurance needs by answering questions, servicing existing policies, processing account changes, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional State Farm products and services. Compensation: $450,000.00 - $650,000.00 per year
