Airtron LLC is seeking a proactive customer service representative to join our team in Frederick, Maryland. This role focuses on answering customer inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring effective communication while following company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, schedules customers, and assists customers with any/all inquiries.
• Provides customer services related to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
• Takes incoming and makes outbound calls, processes credit cards, offers service plans, schedules appointments, and processes refunds.
• Manages all data entry, including utilization of emails, text messages, and other communicative tools.
• Makes outbound customer phone calls to follow up on permits and inspections, as well as to reschedule services for customers.
• Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and resolves customer claims and complaints.
• Follows location initiatives and proactively informs and educates customers.
• Recommends and develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
• Follows all company policies and procedures, including safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Follows location initiatives and proactively informs and educates customers.
• Recommends and develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
• Follows all company policies and procedures, including safety.
