Job summary

ICR Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key communicator for internal and external customers. You will quote, approve, review, and route inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and accurate processing of purchase orders.

You will interact with Sales, Equipment Repair, Engineering, and S/R teams to facilitate issues, handle emails, and respond to calls with courtesy and thorough follow-through.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Service oriented with friendly demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, enter, verify, document, coordinate and expedite customer quotes, expectation repairs, and purchase orders efficiently.
• Respond to emails promptly, prioritize, investigate, and ensure resolution.
• Work with internal customers (Sales, Equipment Repair, Engineering, S/R) to properly facilitate customer issues and concerns.
• Answer incoming phone calls courteously, providing proper follow-through to completion.
