ROSS INSURANCE AGENCY INC is seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Delmar, NY. You will respond promptly to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and ensure a positive experience for every client seeking insurance guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a NYS DFS Property & Casualty license, knowledge of insurance products, and strong organizational skills. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Active NYS DFS Property & Casualty license.
• Knowledge of insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person.
