You will handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments for plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services, and support daily customer service operations.

The role offers hourly pay of $18.00–$20.00 with opportunities to earn additional income through outbound calls and commission-based appointment

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage a steady volume of calls while delivering great service.
• Comfortable making inbound and outbound calls and scheduling appointments.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in an inbound call center environment who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
This position involves handling inbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, and assisting with daily customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Comfortable making both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
• Experience with appointment setting, outbound calling, or sales is a plus.
