In this role you’ll answer incoming calls, make outbound calls to schedule and update customers, verify parts in using our system, and keep detailed records. No prior experience is required, training will be provided.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
• Making outbound calls to customers for scheduling, updates, issue resolution, etc.
• Verifying and marking received parts as checked in using our system
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• De-escalate upset customers, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
• Maintain punctuality
