Job summary

Northeastern Appliance in Peekskill, NY is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This full-time role offers weekday hours, in-person work, and opportunities for advancement through hands-on training and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and service inquiries.
• Schedule technician appointments and coordinate daily schedules.
• Communicate service fees, appointment details, and updates professionally.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate resolutions with management.
• Follow up on service calls, estimates, and parts availability.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
• Assist with administrative tasks, inventory tracking, and office operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
