Job summary

Northeastern Appliance Service in the Hudson Valley, NY, is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team. This full-time role covers premium residential appliance service, specializing in Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove brands, with factory training and ongoing support.

You will diagnose, repair, and educate customers while delivering exceptional service. The position includes a company vehicle, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement in a well-established service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of appliance repair experience (we are open to training determined individuals)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using mobile technology to document repairs and complete work orders
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., push up to 100 lbs., and pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair premium residential appliances, including refrigeration, cooking, and dishwashing equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service while educating customers on repairs and maintenance
• Complete accurate service documentation, maintain company equipment, and safely perform repairs in customers' homes
