Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

• Provide order status updates, shipment tracking information, and delivery confirmations.
• Partner with manufacturing, logistics, shipping, and warehouse teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delays, and service-related issues.
• Ensure customer information and order details are entered accurately and consistently.
• Support internal departments with order management, reporting, and customer-related requests.

Temporary Assignment

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a valued client in the Norwood area to identify an experienced Customer Service Representative for a temporary opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers while supporting day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and messaging platforms while managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do

Pay Details:

$24.00 to $25.00 per hour
