LHH is seeking a Customer Service / Order Management Representative to support our clients’ customers and internal teams by managing orders, providing exceptional service, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with manufacturing industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, order status, shipments, and invoicing
- Enter and maintain order details, shipping requirements, and customer information within the ERP system
- Monitor open and delayed orders and proactively communicate updates and solutions
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve customer issues
- Perform order and contract reviews to ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Review manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify order accuracy
- Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims while supporting corrective action processes
- Assist Finance with invoice discrepancy resolution and collection activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Deliver professional, responsive customer service that strengthens customer relationships
Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical or related field preferred
- 5+ years of customer service, order management, or related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and technical specifications is a plus
Pay/Benefits
- $50,000 - $62,000 per year depending on experience

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year
