Job Description
The Customer Service Representative provides high-quality customer care to create positive experiences for our B2B customers. This role requires managing inbound calls and emails, processing customer orders, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote role. Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for timely and accurate order validation of high volumes of sales revenue, understanding service expectations for diverse customer requirements.
  2. Manage order modifications in line with customer requests while minimizing negative service impacts and financial risks.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory, product info, discrepancies, account status, and sales programs.
  4. Develop and implement appropriate resolutions for customer issues via phone, email, and fax, adhering to communication standards.
  5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments including Pricing, Sales, Transportation, Finance, Quality, Marketing, and Field Sales.
  6. Ensure understanding of current technology platforms like Delivery Ware, Team-Email, Customer Web-sites, and EDI to respond promptly to customer requests.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a service industry
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage high-volume work with accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Additional Information

Salary range: $31K - $44K USD, with potential variations based on experience, education, and location. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), product discounts, flexible time off, inclusive benefits, and ERGs.
