Job Description

The Premium Audit Customer Service Representative manages communication activities related to S&S premium audits, handling inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information, and supporting the audit team to ensure high-quality service and overall success of the audit process. This is a fully remote position, with multiple openings.

Responsibilities

  1. Client Communication
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to calls and emails, providing clear, accurate information.
  • Explain audit processes, findings, and recommendations understandably.
  • Complete non-compliant audit communications to gather documentation.
  • Coordination and Support
    • Coordinate between clients and the audit team for smooth processes.
    • Assist auditors in gathering information and documentation.
    • Schedule and confirm audit appointments.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of all communications.
    • Prepare and distribute audit reports and summaries.
    • Track communication metrics for improvement.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and implement process enhancements.
    • Collaborate to streamline workflows and improve service.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Ensure communications comply with policies and standards.
    • Verify the accuracy of information exchanged.
    • Address client concerns professionally and promptly.

    Additional Duties

    Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent; degree in Business, Accounting, or related preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

    Additional Information

    Salary range: $26,900 - $50,600 annually, based on role and experience. Discretionary stock and performance pay may be available.
