Job summary

David Sok- Farmers Insurance Agency in Burlingame, CA is seeking a part-time English and Cantonese speaking Customer Service Representative. You will answer calls, assist customers, and support daily insurance tasks in a friendly, professional manner.

This role requires bilingual English and Cantonese, with Mandarin a plus, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and a readiness to learn California insurance practices. Training for a CA P&C license is provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls in a polite and clear manner.

• Communicate effectively with clients and staff; multi-task as priorities change.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls in a polite and clear manner.

• Candidate must exercise discretion in working with confidential information, and must be computer literate in a MS Windows and MS Office environment.

Requirements
