Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a customer service representative to assist clients with policy questions and service requests at our San Jose, CA office. You will issue COIs, process endorsements, and support account managers while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are organized, and can manage multiple relationships in a team-oriented environment. Insurance knowledge is a plus, bilingual abilities are a bonus, and a high school diploma

Responsibilities

• Support our account managers and sales team
• Provide excellent client experience

Requirements

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience to fulfill client-focused responsibilities
• Ability to assess and maintain high standards of Customer Satisfaction
• Proficient in managing relationships and delivering excellent Customer Service as a Customer Service Representative
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of insurance and financial products is preferred but not required.
• Multi-lingual skills (e.g., English, Farsi, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish) are a significant advantage
• Ability to work on-site at our San Jose, CA office
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
