Print Dirt Cheap in Bakersfield, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as the first point of contact for customers and support the production team. You will greet customers, answer questions, and manage orders with accuracy and care.

The role offers full-time/part-time hours with a friendly, fast-paced office environment. Training is provided, and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, services, pricing, and order status.
• Prepare estimates and enter customer orders accurately.
• Process customer artwork and job specifications for production.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate with customers regarding proofs, timelines, and completed orders.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and general office support.
• Help maintain a clean, organized front office.

Location: Bakersfield, CA 93301

Job Type: Full-Time/ Part-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Expected Hours: 20-40 hours per week

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (DOE)

Print Dirt Cheap is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bakersfield, CA.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting our production team. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
