Print Dirt Cheap is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Digital Print & Finishing Operator to join our growing production team. This hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same, involves operating digital printing equipment, performing bindery and finishing work, packaging orders, and preparing them for shipment.

• Background in manufacturing or production settings.
• Large-format printing experience is a plus.
• Experience operating production machinery.
• Quality control responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate professional digital printing equipment.
• Set up and monitor print jobs for quality and accuracy.
• Perform finishing tasks including cutting, folding, scoring, laminating, binding, drilling, padding, and other bindery operations.
• Package completed orders for shipment.
• Prepare shipping labels and verify orders are packaged accurately.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Assist with inventory and production workflow as needed.
• Learn new equipment and production processes as the company grows.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: $14.00–$18.00 per hour (DOE)

Print Dirt Cheap is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Digital Print & Finishing Operator to join our growing production team.

This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. You'll play an important role in producing high-quality printed products from start to finish by operating digital printing equipment, performing bindery and finishing work, packaging completed orders, and preparing them for shipment.

What You'll Do

• Operate professional digital printing equipment.
