Job summary

AN ICON COMPANY, LLC in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a dependable Digital Print & Finishing Operator to join our production team. This hands-on role involves operating digital printing equipment, performing bindery and finishing work, packaging orders, and preparing them for shipment.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with 20–40 hours per week, and potential for advancement. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial printing or digital print production.
• Experience with bindery/finishing equipment and packaging.
• Background in manufacturing, production, or shipping environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate professional digital printing equipment.
• Set up and monitor print jobs for quality and accuracy.
• Perform finishing tasks including cutting, folding, laminating, binding, drilling, padding, and other bindery operations.
• Package completed orders for shipment.
• Prepare shipping labels and verify orders are packaged accurately.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Assist with inventory and production workflow as needed.
• Learn new equipment and production processes as the company grows.

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour (DOE)

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Digital Print & Finishing Operator to join our growing production team in Bakersfield, CA.

This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. You'll play an important role in producing high-quality printed products from start to finish by operating digital printing equipment, performing bindery and finishing work, packaging completed orders, and preparing them for shipment.

Whether you have experience in commercial printing, manufacturing, production, shipping, or simply enjoy learning new skills and working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Operate professional digital printing equipment.

• Manufacturing or production environments
• Large-format printing
• Operating production machinery
• Quality control
