Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL, for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
• Previous experience in the plumbing or construction industry is beneficial, but not required
