What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support as needed
- Conduct application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries
- Follow defined procedures and policies while interpreting customer needs
- Engage in extensive self-study and training, with performance assessed through required exams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device that has a functioning camera
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired Ethernet connection
- Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Experience with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
