We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to support customers with our home water filtration systems. This remote role involves providing exceptional service by resolving technical and warranty inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through installation and maintenance, creating a positive brand experience.

This is a remote role. Hours will be from 8am ET to 7pm ET.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Create positive interactions that foster loyalty and referrals.
  2. Provide Product & Technical Support: Respond to calls and emails to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and assist with installations and repairs.
  3. Leverage Digital Tools: Use internal systems to guide customers regarding product selection, warranty, and service kits.
  4. Handle Challenging Situations: Navigate difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  5. Stay Composed Under Pressure: Maintain professionalism with multiple priorities.
  6. Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve targets for service quality, responsiveness, and efficiency.
  7. Document Interactions: Record detailed customer interactions and troubleshooting steps as per protocols.
  8. Be a Team Player: Support team initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities.
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years in a fast-paced contact center or customer service environment
  • Minimum 6 months experience in technical product support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Teams)
  • Ability to work effectively remotely
  • Collaborative and solutions-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
  • Background in technical support roles

Fortune Brands offers fair pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment. The salary range is estimated between $41,000 and $58,300 USD, with potential bonuses or incentives based on performance and other factors.
