Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan in Gibbstown, NJ is seeking a hands-on Customer Service Dispatcher to coordinate with repair technicians and resolve customer issues. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, follow warranty guidelines, and complete reports.

Interpersonal skills required.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Prior call center and dispatcher experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Able to work day, night and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate with repair technician.
Work independently to resolve customer service issues.
Adhere to warranty and protection guidelines.
Serve as liaison between customers and the repair technician.
Complete reports and other tasks as required.
You must have excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
