Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in New Jersey. The role requires coordinating and confirming customer repair service calls, and acting as the liaison between customers and repair technicians.

Excellent listening and communication skills are needed to work both independently and as part of a team. The position is full-time with an 40-hour work week; prior call center or dispatcher experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customers and technicians.
• Complete reports and other tasks as required.
• Exhibit excellent listening skills; work both independently and in a team.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
