Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage order entry, inquiries, and returns in a call center environment.
• Provide customers with information on order status and delivery status.
• Utilize various computer systems (ASI, Logility, EPort’s, AXIOS, Microsoft products) to manage orders.
• Handle high volumes of orders accurately and timely; support sales where possible.
• Train new CSRs and foster teamwork as needed.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
