• English proficiency; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, lasting relationships with customers.
• Assist with loan applications, payments, and account management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Follow up on accounts and past-due balances.
• Conduct field visits to assist customers with payments when needed.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns professionally.
