Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support customers by phone, fax, and order systems. You will verify orders, provide quotes, and coordinate with production to meet expectations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of customer service or relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data entry and processing orders.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls within defined KPIs.
• Receive and verify orders from customers using internal systems and purchase orders.
• Communicate changes to the appropriate departments.
• Proofread entered orders for accuracy before confirmation.
• Collaborate with production to ensure orders meet customer expectations.
• Handle or route complaints for investigation.
• Follow up with customers within 2 hours when concerns arise.
• Prepare price quotations from the price book.
