The role handles inbound calls, maintains inventory, and provides information to customers while resolving inquiries and complaints. The position emphasizes delivering a great customer experience, coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management, and processing rental sales.

Formación

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One year or more in sales and/or customer service required.
• DOT Regulated.
• No Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a great customer experience and resolve concerns to customer expectations.
• Manage rental sales and the sales process for inbound and outbound calls to generate leads.
• Maintain rental truck inventory levels with Maintenance and Asset Management.
• Coordinate scheduling and planning to enhance productivity.
• Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain files.
• Contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty.
