Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve concerns per customer service protocol.
• Handle rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to generate leads.
• Maintain rental truck inventory levels by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands.
• Manage workflow to improve productivity through scheduling and planning.
• Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain files.
