• Coordinate rental truck inventory levels with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands.
• Execute customer communication protocol to resolve concerns and respond to inquiries.
• Schedule optimization and workflow management to enhance productivity.
• Generate and maintain purchase/repair orders and related files.
