Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One year or more in sales and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support rental sales and customer inquiries.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with Maintenance/Asset Management.
• Resolve customer issues and follow the customer communication protocol.
• Generate purchase/repair orders and manage files.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience and meet customer expectations.
