Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. in Pullman, WA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Sales and Customer Service division.

The role focuses on delivering world-class service to internal and external customers and learning the technical details of SEL's products. You will enter orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing and contracts, communicate deliverables to customers and sales reps, and pursue customer satisfaction through policy-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Associate degree or related business experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn technical product details.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care to internal and external customers.
• Enter orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing, and contracts; maintain customer specs.
• Communicate with customers and sales reps on deliverables and issues.
• Complete required CSR process certifications.
• Resolve standard problems using company policies.
• Assist with customer feedback tracking and drive satisfaction.
