Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Sales and Customer Service division in Pullman, WA. You will provide world-class service, handle orders, quotes, RMAs, and pricing, and coordinate with sales on deliverables.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, an associate degree or related business experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to travel regionally up to 10%.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Associate degree or related business experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Willing to travel regionally up to 10%.
• Able to learn product concepts and technical details.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP or CRM tools.
• Experience in a technical sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care to internal and external customers.
• Handle regional customer support: orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing and contract negotiations.
• Create and maintain customer specifications; communicate with sales on deliverables.
• Complete required CSR process certifications.
• Use policy and company procedures to resolve standard regional problems.
• Assist with customer feedback tracking and drive customer satisfaction.
