Job summary

Planet Fitness in Des Moines, IA is seeking a customer service focused team member to drive new member sales and create a positive club experience.

You will greet potential members, handle front desk tasks, answer calls, provide tours, assist with sign-ups and account updates, and escalate issues to the Club Manager as needed while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
