Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Assist customers with account questions, financing information, payment-related inquiries, and general service needs.
• Accurately document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Research and resolve customer concerns while following company procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Partner with internal teams to escape complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain a positive customer experience in a fast-paced call center environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $20 to $21 per hour.
• Job type: Contract/Temporary.
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am to 2:30pm.
• Rotating Saturday shift: 12:00pm to 5:00pm, approximately once every 3 weeks.
• When assigned a Saturday shift, employees may reduce 5 hours elsewhere during the week or work the Saturday shift on an overtime basis.
• Location: In office in Maple Grove, MN.
