Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) is partnering with a leading logistics organization to fill the role of Customer Service Logistics Coordinator in Carson, CA. You will support customer accounts, coordinate order processing with vendors, warehouses, and shipping teams, and prepare shipping documents.

This position requires accurate data entry, strong communication, and proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior experience in warehousing or shipping is a plus.

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the logistics and operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Logistics Coordinator

Location: Carson, CA

Pay Range: $21.00 P/H

Shift: Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Provide support to customer accounts by addressing their needs and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate the logistical processing of customer orders, working closely with vendors, warehouse, and shipping teams.

What's Needed?

• Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and web-based applications.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills, with the ability to generate routine reports.
• Strong communication skills, including professional phone and email manners.
• High school diploma or GED; prior experience in customer service, warehousing, shipping, or receiving is a plus.
