Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly front desk member services associate to welcome guests and guide potential members, ensuring a positive experience at all times. You will greet, tour, assist with sign-ups, process cancellations, and help with BCM amenity usage while keeping the club tidy and organized.

Strong interpersonal skills and basic computer proficiency are essential. This role involves standing/walking most of the shift and answering calls.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Honesty and good work ethic required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members to provide a great experience.
• Answer phone calls politely and route questions.
• Assist with member check-ins and sign-ups.
• Maintain club cleanliness and front desk tasks.
