Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome potential members and guests, conduct tours, and assist with sign-ups and bookings. You will manage check-ins, cancellations, and amenity usage while updating member information. A high level of customer service and teamwork is expected.

You will interact with members and staff, answer inquiries, and help keep the club clean and welcoming. This role emphasizes positive customer experiences and clear communication.
