Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to drive new member sales and deliver a superior club experience. You will greet guests, conduct club tours, handle sign-ups and member inquiries, and support check-ins and account updates.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential and current members, delivering a positive experience.
• Handle front desk tasks including answering calls, tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member info.
• Assist with member check-ins and amenity usage; escalate issues to a supervisor as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and prepare a welcoming environment for guests.
• Support team and communicate any concerns to the Club Manager or Team Lead.
