Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to drive new member sales and ensure an outstanding experience for members, guests, and prospective members. This role involves greeting visitors, handling front desk tasks, tours, and sign-ups, while maintaining accurate member records.

You will support check-ins, cancellations, and BCM amenities, escalate issues to leadership as needed, and help keep the club clean and welcoming for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential and current members to create a positive experience.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with courtesy and clarity.
• Take information for tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and BCM amenity usage.
• Assist with member check-ins and updating account information as needed.
• Support club daily operations and forward complex issues to the Manager/leadership.
